Nik spent close to a decade at SFT Group - later part of Austria's Prinzhorn Group - across finance, operations, sales support, and international business development for the paper and packaging industry. The next ten years on the marketing side, running European campaigns and B2B programs for industrial and pharma clients including Grundfos. MBA Vienna. Based in Vienna, operating across the EU.

At PLData: Designs the operating model. Leads Diagnosis and Stage-0 planning with clients. Owns the strategic logic that gets encoded into every decision loop.

Data infrastructure, agents, and the engineering that makes AI useful.

Database architect and AI engineer. Builds end-to-end agent systems across the modern stack - Python, Node.js, TypeScript, C#, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Firestore, message queues, vector stores, Telegram bots, and orchestration through Claude, OpenAI, and local LLM runtimes. Ships data pipelines, automated reporting layers, and AI agents that don't just chat - they read business data, run controlled functions, and route decisions back into operations.

At PLData: Owns the Data Layer pillar. Maps platforms, normalizes schemas, builds the canonical contour, and engineers the controlled functions and agents that connect AI to business systems.

Long career running business units inside international manufacturing and construction companies - leading key account programs, structured outreach, and the operational backbone of complex B2B sales cycles. Deep first-hand experience with how decisions actually move through industrial organizations, from technical specifiers and procurement to executive sponsors, across multiple markets.

At PLData: Owns the Two-Way Pipeline pillar. Encodes business logic - sales objectives, ICP, regional positioning, outreach playbooks - into the rules that translate strategy into platform-level action.

Media buying and platform connectivity.

Performance media specialist working hands-on across Google Ads, YouTube, Taboola, Hybrid, and the broader paid ecosystem. Certified across the platforms he runs, with practical experience on what their APIs actually deliver at scale - not the version in the platform's pitch deck. Owns the connection layer between strategy and execution: budgets, audiences, bid logic, creative routing.

At PLData: Connects the loop to the platforms. Owns the integrations between the data layer and external systems - campaign data flowing up, strategic instructions flowing down to budgets, audiences, creative directives, and outreach automation.
